Ordering & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Standard shipping within the UK usually takes 1–3 business days.
These times are provided as an estimate and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship within the UK.
Returns & Refunds
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We will arrange a free replacement or refund where applicable.
How to Request a Replacement
To report a damaged or faulty item, please contact us through the Contact Page with:
Your order number
Clear photos showing the issue
Our support team will review your request and work with you to resolve the situation. If a replacement is issued, we will provide a new order number so you can track its progress.
Undelivered Parcels
If your order has not arrived, please allow:
- 10 working days for UK orders
- 30 working days for international orders
Royal Mail considers a parcel lost if it has not been delivered within these time-frames.
What Happens Next?
Once a parcel is officially declared lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Lost parcels must be reported within 60 days of dispatch to qualify for a replacement. Unfortunately, we cannot offer replacements beyond this timeframe.

Are your mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes, our mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. However, to preserve the print quality for as long as possible, we recommend hand washing when possible.
